To collect your package, bring the Delivery Notice Card and a government-issued photo ID confirming you are 18 or older. You will need to sign for the package at the post office.

Use your local Canada Post Office address as your shipping address to complete your order. We will ship your order there for you to pick up, known as ‘FlexDelivery,’ which is part of the XpressPost service and common in rural areas.

Spent $70 on an online order, they sent me the wrong product. I didn’t notice until I opened the packaging for a $30 cartridge that it was a completely different strain and product… packaging was nearly identical but product inside very different. Manager/owner refusing to allow me to return or refund, but they gave me a code for a 5% discount on my next order. Absolutely ridiculous. Not getting my business ever again... I would give 0 stars if I could. $15 delivery on a $30 product and gave me the wrong item, and are asking me to spend MORE money at their company?This is my first and last time doing business with them for sure.
